We begin with a site visit where possible, understand your requirements, and share a written proposal or BOQ. This document clearly defines scope, materials, timelines, and commercial terms.
Your project is confirmed once the booking amount is received. Payments are linked to clearly defined milestones such as foundation, structure, finishing, and final handover.
Construction is executed by our on-site team as per approved drawings and safety norms. All instructions and clarifications are routed through our site engineer or project manager to maintain accountability.
A joint inspection is carried out before handover. Any punch points are documented and resolved. Workmanship-related concerns within the agreed period are reviewed and addressed.
Site access, gate passes, and authority approvals must be arranged to ensure uninterrupted work. Delays due to restricted access are excluded from project timelines.
Any change in material, layout, or specification after confirmation is shared as a written change order with revised cost and timeline impact for your approval.
Events such as extreme weather, regulatory changes, strikes, or material shortages may affect timelines. In such cases, schedules are re-aligned transparently.
